Park Village is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 with a monthly pet rent of $25 for one pet and a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 with a monthly pet rent of $35 for two pets. Breed Restrictions: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
